As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with Section 7(1) TMG and applicable law. a) Server logs: When you visit our pages, the hosting provider automatically collects technical information, such as your IP address, time, requested URL and browser type.
b) Account / registration: When you register, we process your name, email address and encrypted password to create your account.
c) Uploads and QR content: Uploaded files and submitted URLs are stored on servers in Germany to provide the QR code service.
d) Usage and analytics data: Pseudonymized usage data (such as QR scan counts and approximate regions) is used to improve the service.
e) Payment processing (Premium/Unlimited): PayPal subscriptions continue to be processed through PayPal. We receive transaction details, including amount, transaction ID and status. For prepaid VMESH payments, we store the receiving wallet address, expected and received amounts, order status and timestamps. QR-Speicher does not store private wallet keys or complete PayPal payment credentials.

We keep your data only for as long as needed for its purpose. After your account is deleted, personal data and uploaded files are deleted unless statutory retention obligations apply.
We share data only as needed to fulfil our contractual obligations (for example with hosting providers or PayPal), or where required by law. We do not share data for advertising purposes.
For Premium and Unlimited PayPal subscriptions, we use PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. PayPal's separate privacy policy applies. More information: PayPal privacy policy.

These Terms and Conditions govern the QR-Speicher Pro online service provided by Varga-Tech – Attila Varga (the provider).
These terms apply to all registered users of QR-Speicher Pro and visitors using its services. Conflicting user terms do not apply.
The provider offers an online platform for creating and managing QR codes. Users can upload files or provide URLs to generate QR codes.
Free use: The basic service is permanently available free of charge (Free plan).
Paid subscriptions: The provider offers paid Premium and Unlimited plans with additional features. Current pricing and features are available at /upgrade.php einsehbar.
a) Free-Plan: The agreement for the free service begins upon registration and may be ended at any time by deleting the account, without notice.
b) Premium / Unlimited plans: PayPal subscriptions follow the selected monthly or annual billing plan. VMESH prepaid terms of one month or one year are also available. The VMESH term starts when the plan is activated after six blockchain confirmations, or after an existing VMESH-paid term ends.
c) Automatic renewal: Automatic renewals apply only to the selected PayPal subscription. VMESH prepaid terms do not renew automatically. PayPal cancellation can be requested by email at vargatech@attila-varga.eu or through the dashboard.
d) Termination for cause: Either party may terminate the agreement without notice for good cause, particularly for violations of these terms or applicable law.
Current paid plan prices are displayed on the website in euros, with VAT treatment subject to the German small-business rule under Section 19 UStG where applicable. PayPal subscriptions continue to be billed through PayPal. Alternatively, users may make a one-time VMESH payment at the fixed exchange-rate quote displayed at checkout. Activation requires six blockchain confirmations. Late or insufficient payments may require manual review.
Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts, beginning when the contract is concluded. Withdrawal requires a clear statement (for example by email). Amounts already paid will be refunded promptly following a valid withdrawal. The right of withdrawal may be excluded for digital services where the consumer has expressly consented to performance starting before the withdrawal period ends, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Users are responsible for all content uploaded or processed through their accounts. They confirm they hold the required rights and that content does not violate applicable law or third-party rights. The provider receives a non-exclusive license to store, reproduce and transmit content as needed to provide the service.
The service must not be used for illegal, criminal or age-inappropriate content, hate speech, discrimination, spam, phishing, or material infringing third-party rights. The provider may delete content, block accounts or take legal action in the event of violations.
Liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence is governed by applicable law. For ordinary negligence, the provider is liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable, typical damage. Liability for data loss is subject to the user's duty to maintain regular backups.
The provider may amend these terms for the future. Users will be informed of material changes by email. If a user does not object within four weeks, the amended terms will be deemed accepted.
German law applies. Where the user is a merchant or has no general place of jurisdiction in Germany, Göttingen is the agreed place of jurisdiction.
